What: Q Division is a world class recording studio with a 20-year history at the center of the Boston area's music scene. Q Division is known for its classic gear, great live rooms, professional but not sterile atmosphere, and overall great sounding records. Who: We've recorded at least a thousand bands and musicians over the years- some of them you've heard of, many are just struggling artists trying to get heard. When: Founded in 1986, Q Division's recording studios moved from Boston to its current two studio facility in 2000. Where: Q Division's new home is a two studio, 7500 sq. ft. facility in Somerville, walking distance from the Davis Square stop (Red Line) of the T. Directions How: Professionally, but in a relaxed way. Why: Why? Well- Because things recorded here sound good. Come check it out. |
